Goals: 

  • ​Increase reservations during Easter

  • Increase dining covers during Easter

  • Promote offers during Spring

Results:

  • Total revenue from newsletter exceeded €46.500 

  • Both dining venues fully booked

Statistics: 

  • Open rate: 39,3%

  • Click rate: 2,8%

Winter Newsletter

Goals:

  • Promote offers during Winter

  • Increase dining covers 

Results:

  • Total room revenue exceeded €55.000 ​​​

  • It is not possible to directly track an increase in dining covers​

Statistics:

  • Open rate: 37%

  • Click rate: 3,5%
